AT&T TeleConference Services has a variety of ways to help you expedite decisions, optimize productivity, react quickly to your marketplace events, and conduct meetings no matter where you happen to be. Consider these services to call a meeting quickly and easily to connect as many people as you need:
Have on-demand conference calls without having to make a reservation.
When you register for the AT&T Reservationless Service, you will be assigned your own dedicated dial-in numbers (direct & toll-free) and access code.
Any time you need to have a conference call, just give out the dial-in number, access code, date and time to the participants.
No prior reservation required.
AT&T will provide you with a customized wallet card so you can have the dial-in numbers at your finger tips.
The default for this service is set to allow reservationless calls for up to 50 participants.

The AT&T Conference Manager allows you to monitor your reservationless conference calls using the Internet. To access the AT&T Conference Manager go to: https://www.teleconferencemoderator.att.com . The Host can perform any of the touchtone commands over the Internet in addition to monitoring and controlling their conference. The Conference Manager allows you to view the participant's telephone number if available when toll-free dial in is used. The supported browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 5.5 or higher.
Web Meeting Service gives you the power to add a visual dimension to your conference calls. With Web Meeting you can:
Next time you need to share more than verbal information, just ask for an
AT&T Web Meeting when you make your conference call reservation at
1-866-563-1353 or register for Reservationless Web Meeting. With AT&T Reservationless Web Meeting Service, you never need to make a reservation. You will be assigned your own login and password for on demand Web Meetings. Use the Web Meeting Service as part of your audio conference service or standalone.
Register for AT&T Web Meeting Training at
http://attwebtrain.123attend.com
To register enter the keyword Webtrain under New Student and click on the submit button. You will need to answer some questions to build your profile. Once you have registered you will immediately view the list of scheduled classes to choose from. For future visits to the training Web Site, just enter your email address and password. The keyword will no longer be required for future visits to the training Web Site.
Note: For first time use, you will need to download the Web Meeting
Plug-In for the Web Meeting site at
http://www.webmeeting.att.com.
If you are a registered user of AT&T Web Meeting Service with a reservation to host a meeting, click this button to start the data sharing portion of your meeting.

Use the Internet Reservation System to create your one-time, recurring, and demand Dial-In reservations. As an added benefit you can e-mail all your participants' complete Dial-In information right from the online system. The Internet Reservation System will collect your information and provide an instant confirmation. When you're done scheduling, just enter the teleconference participant's email IDs and send. It's simple!
